1. Prepare and file online DGFT applications and supporting annexures; monitor status and follow up with DGFT portal and district/regional offices.
2. Compile and reconcile shipping bills, realisation certificates, bank documents and invoices needed to claim incentives and to fulfil licence conditions.
3. Manage licence utilisation (scrips, duty credit), prepare utilisation statements and ensure timelines for export obligations are met.
4. Coordinate with accounts, export operations, customs CHAs, banks and clients to collect data required for filings and to resolve discrepancies.
5. Maintain trackers/MIS for pending filings, expiries, utilisation balances and incentive claims; produce weekly status reports.
6. Assist in responding to DGFT queries, audit requests and internal compliance reviews.
Keep the team updated about DGFT circulars, public notices and procedural changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and issue invoices to clients

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Maintain vendor records and perform regular reconciliations
Handle vendor queries and resolve payment issues
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements
Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory checks
Record daily accounting entries in Tally
Maintain accurate books of accounts
Generate financial reports as required
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and approvals
Liaise with vendors, clients, and auditors
Ensure timely resolution of financial queries.
